Tung Tung Tung Sahur

This one is technically not Italian brainrot by origin. Tung Tung Tung Sahur was created by Indonesian TikTok user @noxaasht in February 2025 and is built around Indonesian Ramadan culture. The "tung tung tung" is onomatopoeia for beating a kentungan slit drum, which is traditionally used to wake Muslims up for the pre-dawn Ramadan meal called sahur. The character is a wooden plank with a human form holding a baseball bat. He has a habit of showing up at people's houses if they don't answer when called three times, which gives him a genuinely unsettling edge that most brainrot characters don't have. Lirili Larila (Lirilì Larilà)

She's canonically the wife of Cappuccino Assassino, which makes their relationship a very specific kind of brainrot celebrity couple. She became more popular than Cappuccino Assassino relatively quickly, which puts her in an interesting position as one of the few female characters in the core character tier. She appears in Steal a Brainrot, Plants vs Brainrots, and most quiz games.

Brr Brr Patapim

Brr Brr Patapim is a forest-and-monkey hybrid with enormous feet. Essentially it's a mountain covered in trees and vegetation with a proboscis monkey's nose and gigantic, disproportionate legs. The character became popular on TikTok and YouTube in late March 2025. The name is pure sound design: "brr brr" evokes shaking or rumbling, "patapim" is a satisfying nonsense word that hits differently in the context of a giant monkey-forest stomping around. Chimpanzini Bananini

Chimpanzini Bananini is a monkey-fruit hybrid, specifically a chimp combined with bananas.
